My twitter username is VictorCruzBoy i have over 600 hundred followers on twitter. Linkedin is a very interesting site. LinkedIn is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and document networks of people they know and trust professionally. It is essential that professionals keep us with their Linkedin because it's companies out there that are looking for workers based off your status.
Prezi was what I liked best about the class. Prezi is a visual storytelling software alternative to traditional slide-based presentation formats. Prezi presentations feature a map-like, schematic overview that lets users pan between topics at will, zoom in on desired details, and pull back to reveal context. I used prezi to describe my top 10 Michael Jordan Sneakers. I liked moving the objects around on the screen to place them in order. They also have lots of templets to choose from. What I didn't like about prezi was nothing. This was my favorite all year.
The Green Screen Project was a lot of fun. This project involved finding a place of somewhere you wanted to be, then taking a normal picture and then collide them together to make one picture. I learned how to combine pictures together. The Green Screen Project can be used for photo shopping dealing with books or magazines. It can also be used for young kids for Christmas photos. Working with Kizoa was a lot of fun. Kozia is a website that allows you to embed photos and edit them with all kinds of animations,effects, and text and music. It's very simple to work with, just embed photos then follow the steps to making your slideshow by animating and naming slides. It can be used to make slide shows for any classes. I liked the different effects that you can use to edit photos. I didn't like how may animations there were, I felt it could have been more to choose from. My creation was nice, I found 10 bulldogs and I also named them and animated them.
Classmate feature story was very interesting as well. The assignment was for you to interview a student by learning about this person and their background and putting their whole life story in your own words. The person my feature story was on was Ms. Lynn McGrier she's a very nice person and we both has simular backgrounds.
This course was very fun, i learned so much in so little time. Every class i came ready to learn because the class was just that interesting. A good thing that I will take from this class is what to do in a interview. I learned that in a interview you must always ask questions, that's how the job will know that you are interested in knowing more about the company.
I think a way the course can be improved is spending more time on assignment details just so that students can have a clear understanding on the task at hand. That's it I really enjoyed this class if I could take it again I would.
